Molyka Chea

Molyka Chea is an entrepreneur and marketing professional. The summer after graduating from California State University at Sacramento, she worked as a project coordinator at market research firm and instantly fell in love with the industry. Her career in market research took a detour when she found the opportunity to own a coffee shop. She spent the next few years learning how to run a business and sold the coffee shop a few years later. Ready to reconnect her career in market research, Molyka found herself operating a market research company focused on food testing for the next seven years. When the market research company was sold to another company, Molyka decided it was time to start her own market research company. In 2013, Molyka launched Instant Insights Lab in San Francisco, CA. She transformed a dilapidated office space in downtown San Francisco into a modern market research facility in thirty days. She grew the company’s revenue from zero to $3 million in five years, built a clientele base consisting of Fortune 500 companies ranging from eBay to Facebook to Sony, and expanded her team from one to 20. However, after becoming a mom in 2018, Molyka took a break from her market research business. With a new set of priorities, Molyka is embarking on a new career in real estate.
